DANIEL E. NORRISH & JENNIFER L. NORRISH, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE.

The above-docketed matter is presently on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. However, on September 6, 2023, petitioners improperly filed a document electronically in the Tax Court case. Such a submission is improper during the pendency of the appeal, and materials should instead be directed to and filed with the appellate court, not the Tax Court.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the document filed September 6, 2023, at Docket Index No. 25 is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
