ORDER
This matter came before the Court on a telephonic status conference on Thursday, October 12, 2006 related to the Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. Counsel for the parties advised the Court that upon agreement, Defendants' responses to Plaintiff's Motion will be filed on or before Friday, November 10.
The Court hereby sets this matter for a follow-up telephonic status conference on Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at 3:00 p.m. Should the parties reach a settlement or agreement in this matter that obviates the need for this conference, counsel will notify the Court immediately.
It is so ORDERED.
