Order denying plaintiff's motion to punish defendant as and for a contempt by reason of refusal to answer certain questions propounded in the course of an examination before trial affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell and Tompkins, JJ., concur; Young, J., not voting.
