ORDER OF REASSIGNMENT

Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus was filed on February 22, 2002. Petitioner has not consented to the jurisdiction of a United States magistrate judge to review this matter. Therefore, the case shall be reassigned to the Honorable Chief Judge B. Lynn Winmill to consider whether summary dismissal is appropriate. See 28 U.S.C. § 2243.

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is reassigned to the Honorable Chief District Judge B. Lynn Winmill. All further papers filed in this matter shall be filed in Case No. CV02-0087-N-BLW.
