Upon due consideration of petitioners' Motion to Change or Correct Caption, filed July 18, 2022, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Motion is recharacterized as petitioners' Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before August 9, 2022, petitioners shall file a supplement to their Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption and shall attach thereto a copy of the letters testamentary, letters of appointment, or probate court order issued by a state court of competent jurisdiction duly appointing Don Wayne Nobles as Executor of the Estate of Nancy B. Nobles, Deceased. Petitioners shall state in the supplement whether there is any objection to the granting of the Motion, as supplemented.
