Hearing Granted Feb. 19, 1942.

Appeal from Superior Court, Alameda County; J. D. Murphey, Judge.

Action by Mary Noble and others against Frank Beach and others for declaratory relief for the purpose of securing an adjudication as to the rights of plaintiffs as judgment creditors, in certain realty. From a judgment that plaintiffs have no interest in such realty and that such realty is owned by certain of the defendants, plaintiffs appeal on the judgment roll.

Judgment reversed.
