After we granted Appellant's first motion for extension of time, Appellant's brief was due on July 3, 2023. Before the due date, Appellant filed a motion for another thirty-day extension of time to file the brief.

Appellant's motion is granted. Appellant's brief is due on August 2, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(d). Any further motion for extension of time to file the brief may be disfavored.
