Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order after trial of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 21, 2021 (Case No. 2021-02617) and from an order, same court, entered on or about May 25, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01883), and from a judgment, same court, entered on or about July 23, 2021 (Case No. 2021-02709), And defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal taken from the aforesaid June 21, 2021 order until 60 days after this Court renders a decision on the appeal taken from the May 25, 2021 order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeal taken from the June 21, 2021 order to the September 2022 Term of this Court.
