ORDER
It is ORDERED that the motion of Monmouth County, Monmouth County Clerk's Office, Monmouth County Clerk Christine Hanlon, et al. for leave to appear as amicus curiae (M-298) is granted, limited solely to the brief that accompanied the motion; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion of Monmouth County, Monmouth County Clerk's Office, Monmouth County Clerk Christine Hanlon, et al. for leave to file an overlength amicus submission (M-299) is denied. The amicus submission shall be limited to the filing of the proposed brief without the accompanying certifications from the county clerks. Responses to the amicus brief shall be served and filed on or before November 21, 2019.
