ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because it is untimely. MCR 7.204(A). The time for appeal is determined by reference to the final order in Docket No. 2020-000935-NI. See Chen v Wayne State Univ, 284 Mich.App. 172, 199; 771 N.W.2d 820 (2009). Appellant's motion for reconsideration of the October 12, 2021 order granting summary disposition in Docket No. 2020-000935-NI was not filed within the initial 21-day appeal period from the October 12, 2021 order. MCR 7.204(A)(1). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
