Appeal, No. 26, March T., 1966, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Jan. T., 1963, No. 190, in case of Fanny M. Nicolucci v. Pittsburgh National Bank. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before WEISS, P. J.

Verdict for plaintiff in amount of $27,737.34; defendant's motions for judgment non obstante veredicto and for new trial refused and judgment entered on the verdict, Defendant appealed.

Myron W. Lamproplos, with him George W. Lamproplos, and Cassidy Lamproplos, for appellant.

Robert J. Key, with him Philip Corbin, Jr., and Rubin and Balter, for appellee.


Judgment affirmed.
