By Order dated September 5, 2023, at docket entry 34, the Court granted respondent's Motion for Extension of Time, filed August 31, 2023, at docket entry 33, and directed the parties to file decision documents with the Court by November 6, 2023.
On November 6, 2023, at docket entry 35, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time which requests an additional sixty (60) days to file decision documents, to which petitioners do not object. The Court will grant this request. In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time, filed November 6, 2023, at docket entry 35, is granted in that the time within which the parties shall file decision documents with the Court is extended to January 16, 2024.
