ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 6, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case assigned to the undersigned.

On July 5, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that petitioners Steven and Kerri Nichol are in the process of reviewing a settlement proposal. We will give the parties additional time to continue working together. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2022, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case.
