ORDER
The clerk's record, filed August 25, 2017, contains Plaintiffs' Combined Response to Defendants SXSW, LLC and SXSW Holdings, Inc., Traffic Design Consultants, LLC, Patrick Lowe, and the City of Austin's Motions for Summary Judgment. Page 10412 of the clerk's record refers to Exhibit 58 of the response, described as "Dash Cam Video." The page states the exhibit will be provided to this court on disc. The video has not been filed in this court.
Appellants have filed a motion asking us to direct the district clerk to submit Exhibit 58 for inclusion in the clerk's record. The motion has been pending for more than ten days, and no response has been filed.
The motion is GRANTED. The Travis County District Clerk is directed to file the original of Exhibit 58, a Dash Cam Video, referenced on page 10412 of the clerk's record. The original exhibit must be filed by September 10 , 2018 .
If requested item is not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a certification so stating.
