This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 20, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that the parties reasonably believe that the case is susceptible to settlement, however, more time is needed to finalize a basis for settlement and to obtain computations.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance of trial is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session and is continued generally.
