DALE C. NEWTON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time To Respond to Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file a response to the pending motion is extended to November 28, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion Requesting an Emergency Hearing on Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment is denied at this juncture. It is further

ORDERED that the documents filed October 24, 2022, at Docket Entries #15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
