WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. Relator has failed to comply with Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-5. The writ application does not contain a copy of the judgment or ruling complained of, or a minute entry reflecting the ruling complained of, in violation of Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-5(C)(6) and (10).
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Any future filing on the issue presented in this writ application should include the entire contents of this application, the missing item/items noted above, and a copy of this ruling.
