This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 13, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland.

On December 20, 2022, at 1:09 p.m., the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. On the same day, at 1:10 p.m. the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. Upon review of the parties' filings, it appears to the Court that the parties' proposed stipulated decision filed at 1:10 p.m. is duplicative of the parties' proposed stipulated decision filed at 1:09 p.m. Accordingly, the Court will strike the parties' duplicative filing.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision filed December 20, 2022, at 1:10 p.m., at Docket Index No. 10, is hereby stricken from the record.
