ORDER
On this day, the Court considered Defendant's Andersen-United Kingdom Unopposed Motion to File Original Affidavit requesting leave to file the original of the Affidavit of John Ormerod, the Country Managing Partner of Andersen U-K in support of Defendant's Motion to Dismiss filed on June 20, 2002.
The Motion is GRANTED.
