ORDER


On this day came to be considered Defendant J.P. Morgan Chase Co. Unopposed Motion for Leave to File and/or Substitute Revised Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Reconsideration and Request for Permission to Appeal Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292 (b), and the Court, having reviewed the pleadings and motions on file in this case, is of the opinion that the Motion be granted. It is therefore

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court substitute its Revised Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Reconsideration and Request for Permission to Appeal Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b) for the Opposition previously filed on September 27, 2002.
