ORDER


Pending before the Court is the motion of the United States for a Limited Stay of Selected Deposition (Instrument No. 3284). The Court has considered the motion and the response filed by defendant Joseph Hirko (Instrument No. 3318) and finds that the motion of the United States is well taken. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that the depositions noticed by Joseph Hirko of Shawna Meyer, David Reece, and Erin Wesling shall not be taken until the earlier of the date on which each witness completes his or her testimony in United States v. Joseph Hirko, et al., (Cr. No. 03-093) if the trial begins as it is currently scheduled on or about April 18, 2005. It is further

ORDERED that in no event will this stay extend beyond June 1, 2005. The witnesses maybe deposed any time after June 1, 2005, regardless of whether they have testified in United States v. Joseph Hirko, et al. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are free to notice the depositions and begin the process of scheduling the depositions at any time as long each of the witnesses is not deposed until after the times set forth above.
