APPEAL AND ERROR, § 1710reversal of non-jury transportation charges case. In action by railroad company against city tried without jury to recover transportation charges for carload of coal, judgment of trial court was reversed where evidence reasonably indicated that car was delivered to defendant's pumping station as alleged by plaintiff.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. WENDELL E. GREEN, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the February term, 1947.
