This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Houston, Texas, remote trial session, which was scheduled to begin March 14, 2022. On February 22, 2022, respondent filed a joint Motion for Continuance. Respondent indicated in their motion that parties had reached a basis for settlement in this case. On February 23, 2022, the Court issued an Order striking the case form the calendar and giving the parties until March 24, 2022, to file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or a Status Report. On March 25, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report [index# 19] and a Proposed Stipulated Decision [index#20]. On March 28, 2022, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause Instructing respondent to on or before April 25, 2022, show cause why their Status Report was filed out of time [index# 21] . That same day, the Court also issued an Order giving partied until April 25, 2022, to file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or Status Report indicating the then-present status of the case [index #22]. On April 12, 2022, respondent filed a response to the Order to Show Cause [index# 23] as well as a new Proposed Decision [index# 24] After due consideration, it is herby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause [index #21] is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed by the parties on March 25, 2022 [index #20], shall be stricken from the record. 1
