ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR

WRIT OF PROHIBITION OR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

On October 28, 2013, petitioner filed a notice of withdrawal of this original writ petition and consented to its voluntary dismissal. We construe this document as a motion to voluntarily dismiss the petition and we grant the unopposed motion. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, with the parties to bear their ownfees and costs. See NRAP 42(b).
