This case was stricken from the Court's September 20, 2021, San Diego, California, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On November 12, 2021, the Commissioner filed a motion for entry of decision (motion) and on November 26, 2021, petitioner Solomon Samuel Neuhardt, II filed his objection to the motion. The Court held a conference call with the parties on December 7, 2021, to discuss the pending motion. In light of the discussion, we will allow the parties to continue to work together to file a stipulated decision document with the Court. If the parties reach an impasse, the Court will rule on the pending motion for entry for decision. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 3, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
