On order of the Court, the complaint for mandamus is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Attorney Grievance Commission for reconsideration in light of Grievance Administrator v Lopatin, 462 Mich. 235 (2000).
