John Prewitt Nelson, Jr.," La.App., 311 So.2d 268, the writ previously issued herein is recalled, vacated and set aside; and the judgment of the trial court holding defendant in contempt of court is hereby made peremptory. Applicant is to pay all costs of this proceeding.
