That portion of the judgment awarding damages on count III of the counterclaim is vacated. The judgment is to be amended to order that Katzeff is to recover from Nelson the sum of $500 per month for the period commencing on July 24, 1989, and ending on January 18, 1990. As so amended, the judgment is affirmed.
