MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM
This is a restricted appeal from an agreed judgment signed May 18, 2020. On October 18, 2021, appellants filed with this court an agreed motion to set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). The motion is granted.
We set aside the trial court's May 18, 2020 judgment without regard to the merits and assess costs of appeal against the party that initially incurred those costs, direct the Harris County clerk to release the appellants' supersedeas bond, render judgment that each party pay its attorney's fees incurred in this appeal, and remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings. See id.
