ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The motion for court order to transcribe trial court hearings at state expense is DENIED. This application does not arise from criminal proceedings or proceedings to terminate parental rights, and appellant has not shown an entitlement to the preparation of transcripts at public expenses in this civil appeal. Accordingly, appellant is responsible for securing the filing of the necessary transcripts. MCR 7.210(B)(1)(a).
