ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

On October 23, 2023, respondent counsel filed an Entry of Appearance. However, respondent counsel failed to file a Certificate of Service with respect to the Entry of Appearance.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 6, 2023, respondent counsel shall file a Certificate of Service with respect to the Entry of Appearance, filed October 23, 2023. Respondent should note that he should not refile the document.
