DIVORCE, § 108.1when order dismissing divorce complaint for want of equity was not against manifest weight of evidence. On appeal from order dismissing complaint for want of equity in divorce action charging adultery, where testimony as to defendant's conduct was conflicting held that finding was not against manifest weight of evidence, and Appellate Court would not substitute its judgment for that of trial court.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Sangamon county; the Hon. LAWRENCE E. STONE, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at the February term, 1946.
