Having determined that this Court is without jurisdiction, this case is hereby dismissed. See Stallworth v. Moore, 27 Fla. L. Weekly S768 (Fla. Sept. 19, 2002). Petitioner's Verified Motion for Exception to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.420 is hereby denied as moot.
