ACTION OF TORT for negligence in operation of motor vehicle. Trial by jury, Chittenden County Court, March Term, 1950, Hughes, J., presiding. Verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. Reversed and judgment for the defendant.

The plaintiff in this action is the husband of the plaintiff in Ethel M. Nay lor v. Dragoon. The opinion in that case was handed down at this term of court, ante, p. 552, 80 A.2d p. 600. In this case the plaintiff seeks to recover from the same defendant damages for loss of services and for expenditures growing out of the same automobile accident in which it is alleged the defendant was negligent. The two cases were tried below and were heard in this court together and present the same question here. The decision in the other case is conclusive here. For the reasons stated in the opinion in that case the entry is: Judgment reversed and judgment for the defendant to recover her costs.
