Lawrence Lassiter shall not participate in oral argument scheduled for April 13, 2022, because his motion for admission pro hac vice was not filed at least 30 days prior to oral argument as required by S.Ct.Prac.R. 2.02(B)(4). Pursuant to Gov.Bar R. XII(4), counsel shall file a notice of permission to appear pro hac vice with the Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Services within 30 days.
