Pending before the Court is petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed June 27, 2022. Upon due consideration of the parties' Joint Status Report, filed July 8, 2022, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely is granted in that this case calendared for trial at the above-referenced Trial Session at a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Petitioner does not have to physically appear at the courthouse in Tampa, Florida and will be provided contact information by the Court closer to the date of trial.
