Panel Consists of Chief Justice Christopher and Justices Bourliot and Wilson.
ORDER
PER CURIAM
This is an Anders case in which appellant has already made known to this Court his desire to review the record and file a pro se brief. See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967); Gainous v. State, 436 S.W.2d 137 (Tex. Crim. App. 1969). On December 13, 2022, this court directed the trial court clerk to furnish the record to appellant, and on that date, the trial court clerk informed this court the record had been sent to appellant by certified mail.
Before the court is appellant's motion to complete the record. The motion states appellant received a copy of the record that was missing pages. Specifically, the motion states the record is missing pages 96 through 173 of Volume 3 of the reporter's record, and pages 80 through 106 of Volume 4 of the reporter's record.
Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion and hereby direct the Judge of the 482nd District Court to afford appellant an opportunity to view those missing pages of the reporter's record in accordance with local procedure; that the clerk of that court furnish those missing pages to appellant on or before February 8, 2023; that the clerk of that court certify to this court the date on which delivery of those missing pages to appellant is made; and that appellant file his pro se brief with this court within thirty days of that date.
