On February 15, 2024, the Court issued a notice of trial and standing pretrial order in this case. Those documents were returned to the Court with the notation "RETURN TO SENDER, ATTMEPTED - NOT KNOWN, UNABLE TO FORWARD." The Court attempted to contact Ms. Navarrete by telephone at her phone number as shown in the Court's records and was unable to leave a voicemail message. The Court contacted the Commissioner and was given an updated address provided by Appeals. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Clerk shall update the address of record to the address provided by Appeals. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk shall re-serve the notice of trial and standing pretrial order on Ms. Navarrete at the updated address.
