AMENDED ORDER
Pursuant to the agreement of counsel, expressed in a Joint Proposed Schedule For Merits Briefing, and during a conference call with the Court's staff,
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Joint Proposed Schedule (docket no. 43) is hereby APPROVED, with one modification being that, by agreement of counsel, the date of January 21, 2003 on page one shall be changed to January, 22, 2003.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that a hearing on all pending motions shall be held on May 9, 2003, at 8:00 a.m. in the Federal Courthouse in Boise, Idaho.
IN IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the motion by the South Carolina Dept, of Health and Environmental Control to participate as and amicus curiae (docket no. 44) is hereby GRANTED.
The States of South Carolina, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon, may each file an amicus curiae brief on of before March 4, 2003.
