Order Granting Application of Environmental Defense Institute for Leave to File Amicus Curiae Brief
THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the Environmental Defense Institute's, Inc. (EDI) August 2, 2002 Notice of Motion and Motion for submission and acceptance of an Amicus Brief, and the Court having considered the matter it is hereby:
ORDERED that permission is granted to EDI for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in the above titled case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the amicus curiae brief of EDI (Memorandum in Support) together with the application to file the brief hereby be filed with the Court. (Docket No. 35)
