We abated this appeal on July 19, 2016 for the parties to agree on a replacement copy of the missing Exhibit 1 or, if no agreement could be reached, for the trial court to hold a hearing to determine what constituted an accurate copy. The record containing the exhibit was to be filed by July 29, 2016. When no record was filed, we issued a second order on August 9, 2016. Appellant filed a motion to reinstate the appeal on the active docket.
The record containing Exhibit 1 was filed on September 11, 2016. Accordingly, we grant the motion and reinstate the appeal on the active docket. Appellant's brief is due to be filed on October 20, 2016.
