FINAL JUDGMENT


In accordance with the Memorandum and Order signed January 6, 2005, the Court renders final judgment in favor of Plaintiff. National American Insurance Company has no duty to defend and/or indemnify Defendant Norman Breaux for any judgment obtained against him in the Underlying Lawsuit or to pay any insurance proceeds to Defendants Kenneth or Cheryl Young.

THIS IS A FINAL JUDGMENT.
