These cases are calendared for trial at the Court's October 17, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session. On September 30, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss scheduling a trial date and other procedural matters. After discussion with the parties, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Docket Nos. 6783-18 and 18050-19 are consolidated for purposes of trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are set for trial at a time and date certain of 9:00 am, on October 20, 2022, at the Burton Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, Room 2-1408, San Francisco, CA 94102. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on October 17, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, by 12:00 pm PST on October 17, 2022, submit electronically or deliver to the Court at the place of trial, all stipulations of fact and accompanying exhibits and any proposed trial exhibits. No documents will be admitted if not provided in the stipulation or as proposed exhibits without good cause shown.
