This case is calendared for trial at the Court's February 14, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session. On November 5, 2021, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Compel Production of Documents and a Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories. The Court ordered petitioners to file responses to these motions by December 3, 2021. As of this date, the Court has not received a response from petitioners. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Compel Production of Documents filed November 5, 2021, is granted. The petitioners shall, by January 14, 2022, deliver to counsel for Commissioner those documents requested in the Commissioner's Request for Production of Documents served on petitioners in July 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories filed November 5, 2021, is granted. The petitioners shall, by January 14, 2022, deliver to counsel for Commissioner answers to the Commissioner's Interrogatories to Petitioners served on petitioners in July 2021.
