MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, National Football League Players Association, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's January 12, 2010 order denying relator's "Motion to Compel Arbitration."
The Honorable Roberta A. Lloyd, judge of the County Civil Court at Law No. 4 of Harris County, Texas. The underlying action is National Football League Players, Incorporated and National Football League Players Association v. Blake's Bar-B-Q, Inc., trial court cause number 823,708.
We deny the petition for a writ of mandamus.
All pending motions are overruled as moot.
