ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

On August 15, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Calendar this case for trial, to commence sometime on or after June 3, 2024. This Court issued an order served on August 18, 2023, requiring respondent to supplement his Motion to Calendar. Respondent filed a supplement to this Motion to Calendar on September 1, 2023. Petitioner filed a response to the Motion to Calendar (as supplemented) on September 15, 2023, proposing a trial date of February 2025. Counsel for the parties and the Court held a status conference on September 28, 2023 to discuss respondent's Motion to Calendar (as supplemented).

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on before October 6, 2023, the parties are to file a joint status report (or separate status reports if preferrable) to confirm the parties' readiness for trial and a proposed trial date or an explanation on why the parties are unable to come to an agreement as to these issues.
