Nash v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Feb 18, 2000
775 So. 2d 309 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 2D98-4344

Opinion filed February 18, 2000.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Jack Espinosa, Jr., Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Joanna B. Conner, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Robert J. Krauss, Senior Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

In this appeal pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), we find no error in the trial court's denial of Calvin Nash's motion to suppress and the sentence imposed. We direct the trial court to correct the scrivener's error on the judgment to reflect that Nash entered a plea of nolo contendere.

Affirmed.

BLUE, A.C.J., and FULMER and DAVIS, JJ., Concur.
