ASHLEE M. NARANJO, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge

This case is on the calendar of the Court's September 11, 2023, trial session for Denver, Colorado. On August 11, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 20). The proposed decision document includes a typographical error in the second decretal paragraph. Specifically, that paragraph appears to be missing the preposition "after" between the phrase "taxable year 2018" and the word "application".

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on September 11, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed August 11, 2023, is hereby stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 30, 2023, the parties shall file a corrected proposed stipulated decision.
