MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated April 11, 2022, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated September 22, 2022, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated November 4, 2022, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated November 7, 2022, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by December 5, 2022. Appellant failed to perfect or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.

Garry, P. J, Clark, Pritzker and McShan, JJ, concur.
