DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 12, 2011, in the above-entitled action, on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered May 9, 2011, and an order of the same court dated April 13, 2011, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
